I had work done with Tri-Star, and I don't have any complaints. I think they did a wonderful job. I believe that if someone thinks the receptionist lacks compassion, it may just be a lack of communication skills due to the language difference.

Perhaps she is trying so hard to communicate with us, the public, that she doesn’t realize that her customer service skills need a little work...
